Shipping Policy

We understand the importance of receiving your new office furniture promptly and safely. This shipping policy outlines how we handle the delivery of your purchases.

Shipping Methods:

  • Small packages: Orders containing smaller items like accessories or desk organizers will be shipped via courier services like FedEx or UPS. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment progress.

  • Large furniture: Desks, chairs, and other large items will be shipped via freight carriers. We offer three levels of delivery service for these items:

    • Curbside delivery: The freight carrier will deliver the furniture to the curb nearest your building. You will be responsible for unloading and bringing the furniture inside.

    • Room of choice delivery: The freight carrier will deliver the furniture to the designated room within your building. You may need to assist with unloading.

    • Inside Delivery and Installation: This premium service includes delivery, assembly, and removal of packing materials. This is ideal for large or complex furniture setups.

Shipping Costs:

  • Small packages: Shipping costs for small packages will be calculated based on weight and destination. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain threshold.

  • Large furniture: Curbside delivery is typically included in the product price. Additional charges apply for room of choice delivery and Inside Delivery and Installation. The cost will depend on the size and weight of the furniture, delivery location, and service level chosen. You will see the shipping cost clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Delivery Times:

  • Small packages: Orders shipped via courier services typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

  • Large furniture: Delivery times for large furniture vary depending on the chosen service level and your location. Curbside delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, while room of choice  special orders and white glove services may take longer. We will provide an estimated delivery window during checkout and keep you updated on the progress of your shipment.

Damaged Items:

  • We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by arranging for repair or replacement of the damaged item.

Assembly:

  • Some furniture products require assembly. Assembly instructions will be included with your purchase of new products only, or you can choose to add our assembly service for an additional fee.

Additional Notes:

  • Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the scheduled time.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales of used office furniture are final, unless otherwise specified or an additional warranty has been purchased.

This means that you may not return or exchange used furniture for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

  • Finding a better price elsewhere

  • Discovering a minor defect

Exceptions to this policy:

  • Defective items: If a used item is found to be defective upon delivery, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the specific circumstances and the terms of any applicable warranty.

  • Incorrect items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

  • Damaged items: If an item is damaged in transit, you may file a claim with the shipping company.

Additional warranty:

  • If you purchase an additional warranty for a used item, you may be eligible for additional return or exchange options, depending on the terms of the warranty.

  • It is important to inspect all used furniture carefully before purchase.

  • Ask any questions you have about the condition of the item or the return policy before you buy.

  • Keep all receipts and documentation related to your purchase.
